Our Home Owners’ Association
The Old Trail Home Owners Association (HOA) is led by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the community. The Board is responsible for maintaining our shared spaces, managing Association finances, and upholding the governing documents that help protect the overall quality of life in Old Trail.
We hire an on-site, professional property management firm to work with the Board of Directors and assist with day-to-day management. The manager’s office is the point of contact for a variety of association activities and oversees all contractual and maintenance work. The manager’s office also manages accounts, organizes financial reports, pays all bills due, and collects all assessments.
Our Community
We are located in beautiful Crozet, Virginia, just outside of Charlottesville. Between the sprawling views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, our award-winning shops and restaurants, and the cozy comforts of home, there is something for everyone here in Old Trail! We are proud to be a community of kind and welcoming individuals who truly love where we live.

Real Property Management, Inc. has been the Managing Agent for the Association since 2004, and operates an office in the Old Trail Village Center.
