Dear Old Trail Neighbors,

We hope you will find time tonight, December 11, to enjoy the beauty of our neighborhood and our spectacular natural setting during this year’s Seventh Annual Light Up Old Trail luminary display. This informal event begins at dusk — approximately 5 p.m. — during which you are encouraged to walk or drive through the neighborhood to enjoy the lights and neighborhood holiday displays.

For those of you who are still in need of sand, you will find a large pile behind the Boy Scout tree stand. If you need a tree, you do make it a one-stop-shop! There were a record-number of orders this year — 2000 candles! — and we appreciate all who participated.

The Rockwells report that there are still a handful of extra candle sets for sale if you still want to participate. Stop by their house at 7124 Hampstead Drive (near the Common) if you’d like to make a purchase. They are $5/10 sets.

Happy Holidays from Old Trail!
