Neighborhood Updates,

  1. Paving (weather permitting) will begin tomorrow on blocks 28 and 29 (map is attached, streets and alleys)
  2. The next OTCA Board of Directors meeting has been rescheduled for Sept. 29th at 7pm @ Restoration. One of the primary focuses at this meeting will be to implement new pruning standards and an opt-out procedure for those units that pruning is included in your HOA dues. You should have received the opt-out form by mail, also the form and standards are posted on this website.
  3. There will be at minimum one open seat on the OTCA Board for 2017. Please consider volunteering if you are interested. If you would like info on what this entails please email me.
  4. The 3rd Annual Crozet Car show at the Village Center is this Saturday from 8-12.  We ask that no one park in the Village Center Lot or the section of Claremont Ln between the Village Center and The Lodg
  5. The Annual Old Trail Fall Festival is scheduled for Sunday October 23rd from 3-7PM.  If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Bev Thierwechter <bevandjim5@comcast.net>
  6.  Reminder, All For Sale signs in Old Trail must be on the approved Old Trail template, no FSBO signs are permitted.
