Hello Neighbors!

I wanted to send out a couple of updates to everyone.

  1. The next OTCA Board of Directors meeting has been rescheduled for Sept. 29th at 7pm @ Restoration
  2. One of the primary focuses at the next meeting will be to implement new pruning standards and an opt-out procedure for those units that pruning is included in your HOA dues.  You will receive the opt-out form with your next statement, I will also post the form and standards to the Landscaping section of the website.
  3. There will be at minimum one open seat on the OTCA Board for 2017.  Please consider volunteering if you are interested. If you would like info on what this entails please email me.
  4. The last Fridays After Six band night is this Friday Sept.2nd at the Village Center.  The Jon Spear Band will be performing.
  5. The last Family Movie night will be held Sept. 16th at the Village Center, and we will be showing Evan Almighty.
  6. The Annual Old Trail Fall Festival is scheduled for Sunday October 23rd from 3-7PM
